2-Year Warranty

Every G-Shock we sell is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Casio's original warranty card is included in the box.

What's Covered

• — Movement / mechanical defects
• — Module failures (timekeeping, alarms, backlight)
• — Solar-charging issues (on solar models)
• — Manufacturing defects in the case or band

What's Not Covered

• — Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• — Normal wear: scratches on resin, band fading
• — Battery replacement (after first year on non-solar models)
